“On Saturday 15 January 2011 (11 Safar 1432 H), Riyadh based Jash Technical Services LLC signed an agreement to form a Joint Venture Company with the Malaysian Group, Global Facilities Management.
This is an exciting development for both organizations to bring together their many years of experience in providing high quality services and to be at the forefront of a fast developing market in KSA.
The new JV Company will be registered at SAGIA within the next few weeks and will be launched at the inaugural Saudi Facilities Management Summit in Jeddah on 1&2 March 2011 (26&27 Rabi’I 1432 H) www.fm-expo.com/summit
The Company will specialize in the professional management end of the market and will provide strategic advice and solutions to the corporate real estate and property sectors as well as other private and public organizations.
Such is the confidence in the new Company that they have been appointed by Tatweer Real Estate to manage their prestigious new VIP office complex (Home Offices) in Riyadh.
