The Company began an ambitious project of building small family Homes and linked their sale through Banking Institutions which offer house loans and mortgages. Secondly Saudi Arabia witnessed a massive growth and development in all its sectors which necessitated huge public sector investment in its infrastructure. This infrastructure development requires building of roads, bridges, railroads, municipal services, power generation, water desalination, etc. Jash Building & Construction Inc. is currently concluding agreements with foreign Companies specialized in infrastructure development and construction projects.
